When will my order ship?

As fast as we can get it out. We pack and ship order Monday – Saturday from 9am – 6pm. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. There are only 2 of us that fill and ship orders. We also help our walk-in customers, work on bikes in the service shop, answer phone calls and take an occasional bathroom break. We do the best that we can. If items are not readily in stock at our facility or have to be built to order, your order may be delayed.

Can I make changes to my order after I place it?

Not usually. We start processing your order immediately (unless you order at 3am when we are sleeping). If you realize you made a mistake right after you order, we may be able to accommodate. Email us at [email protected] and we will see what we can do.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number. Just click on the tracking number and get your results. You can then click on it as often as you’d like to follow it’s journey.

I never got a shipping confirmation. What’s the deal?

Most likely, it’s because your order has not yet shipped. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address at checkout. Email us at [email protected] and provide your order number and we will be happy to provide you tracking information. Please don’t be an asshole when you send an email. We will be just as rude when we reply or we may not respond to you at all.

Can you declare a lesser value on my customs form?

No, we can’t. If you write it in the notes at checkout, we still can’t. Our ordering and shipping program is all automated. We cannot manipulate customs forms. Besides, overseas shipments are insured so if we change the dollar amount to less than the actual value of the order and it gets lost, you ain’t gettin’ your money back.

My parts arrived but I need some advice on installing them myself.
