Tier 1 Tuners +CCT Fuel Optimizer Acceleration Tuner

CCT is an acronym for “Consecutive Cycle Tuning”. We use CCT to describe our fuel tuning process, which is the measuring of consecutive cycles of power, with unique amounts of fuel to determine which fuel amount provides the best acceleration.
The process, in many ways, is identical to the acceleration measuring procedure used in today’s most popular tuning dynamometers, such as, those made by Dynojet and other companies. The important thing to remember is the time between consecutive cycles of power and between fuel adjustments on a dynamometer are measured in minutes and is based on one style of load or acceleration simulation at any given time, while the Tier 1 Tuners innovative +CCT Acceleration Optimizer technology has a time between consecutive cycles of power and tuning of fuel that is measured in milliseconds and is based on Real Time/Real Life constant feedback. The Tier 1 Tuners +CCT Acceleration Optimizer can now provide your motorcycle with Real Time fuel adjustments that will optimize acceleration and compensate for the constantly changing Real Life conditions, (i.e. 1up/2up, head winds, tailwinds, uphill, down hills, etc.) which substantially affects the performance mode operations of your motorcycle throughout your normal daily driving.
The +CCT’s patented technology adds a “Closed Loop” control system to your bikes fuel injection system.
Almost all motorcycle fuel injection systems in use today are using “open loop” control systems when they are being driven in a performance manner. “Open loop” refers to a control system that does not have feedback to adapt to conditions outside of its current programing, while a “closed loop” control system functions by its ability to take feedback from an engine sensor. For example, the oxygen sensors common on many of today’s motorcycles use this type of system in cruise, but not in power mode. The +CCT Acceleration Optimizer unit will add a “closed loop” control system to your current fuel injection system while it is in performance mode. The +CCT Acceleration Optimizer adjusts fuel while receiving feedback from the engine’s acceleration in Real Time/Real Life. The fuel is changed to whatever is needed to optimize the engine’s acceleration while in performance mode.

Most motorcycles today that use an “open loop” control system during power mode operation are typically about 70% optimized (because of various Real Time/Real Life road conditions). When optimizing the fuel map to 70%, a 30% margin is created to maintain good drivability over the full range of acceleration rates found in real life performance driving. The +CCT Acceleration Optimizer’s “closed loop” functionality cuts this margin of error from 30% to only 5% thus giving you up to 95% optimization under Real Time/Real Life performance.
Tier1Tuners new +CCT Acceleration Optimizer is a standalone performance product. It requires no other modifications to deliver its performance potential. The +CCT Acceleration Optimizer derives its benefit from its Real Time/Real Life “closed loop” functionality, not from making a better or different open loop fuel map.
